Since leading scorer Charlie Austin suffered a shoulder injury, Hoops have struggled to score, but assistant manager Bond believes the midfielder on loan from West Ham has plugged the gap.
Bond explained to the Fulham Chronicle: "Is he as important to us as Charlie was? Probably.
"Ravel does some amazing things. He can make the difference in a tight game.
"His free-kick against Wigan (that thundered the bar); his goal at Middlesbrough. He can bring people in and go by people - he's just got that little bit extra.
"We've missed Charlie's goals, but Ravel's got what, five now, and they've been crucial. He's been massive for us."
