Bolton Wanderers fullback Jlloyd Samuel has been ruled out for a month with a hamstring injury.

Samuel picked up the injury in Sammy Lee's side's depressing defeat by Birmingham.

Now Lee will have to hope that Jamaican Ricardo Gardner is fully fit after his own injury setbacks. He was among the subs at St Andrews.
