Bolton Wanderers defender Gary Cahill rates his strike in the Cup win over West Ham as the best of his career.

"It just fell nicely," he said. "It was one of them - as soon as I'd hit the sweet spot, I knew that I had caught it right. I was right behind it so I saw it sailing in.

"The Villa v Birmingham one was nice but in terms of clean strikes it was probably better. It's right up there with that one."
