Bolton Wanderers defender Gary Cahill admits Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has curbed his on-field temper.
The pair are together this week with the England squad and Cahill said: "You used to be able to wind him up.
"He always had quality, he was always one of the best technical footballers in the League, but he is more composed now. He doesn't get into as many altercations off the ball.
"He was known to be hot-headed but now he is the full package. There is nothing you can say is missing from his game. He still has the edge, the hunger, the determination, the passion, but you can't get to him easily anymore."
