Bolton Wanderers midfielder Mikel Alonso says he's steadily adjusting to Premiership life.
The on-loan Real Sociedad midfielder said: "The Premier League is faster and the intensity greater than Spain.
"But I am adapting to it. I am getting better but I think I am going to improve a lot and hopefully help the team."
