Bolton will address current situation - Coyle

Owen Coyle has reassured the fans of the Bolton Wanderers Football Club that the team is prepared to fight their way back up the table.

The Trotters currently lie second bottom with six points from 10 outings but Coyle says he will harness the spirit of the squad of a couple of years ago that managed to avoid relegation against adversity starting with a positive result against Stoke City this weekend.

"Two years ago we were in the bottom three and everyone said we were going to be relegated," Coyle told the Bolton News.

"We addressed it then, and took the club on, and we will address it now.

"It is a challenge for everyone. In the last couple of months it has not been nice for anyone - not me, the players or our fans.

"They have backed us all the way but I say the same to them as I do to the players, we are in this together. We need them behind on us Sunday against Stoke as much as we ever have."
