Bolton Wanderers striker Emile Heskey is ready to return to former club Liverpool in the FA Cup.
The ex-Liverpool striker made a shock return to English football last month when he signed for Bolton and is set to lead the Trotters in today's fourth round tie.
Asked where he thought he would be today, Heskey, 37, said: "On a beach, in Antigua.
"I didn't have a plan. I was just biding my time to see what came up.
"The spark never left. I was training with Blackburn to try and keep myself going and looking at other options.
"It's not a pinch myself moment but, yeah, at 37 would I have been thinking I would be playing against Liverpool at Anfield?
"Probably not, but I'm going to relish every moment of it."
