Bolton Wanderers are in talks with Birmingham City for striker Cameron Jerome.

The two clubs are close to agreeing a fee of about £3m plus extras.

Jerome has seen a move to Fulham fall through because of price, while Leicester City are also keeping tabs.

The Foxes would pay more than their Premier League rivals but the striker wants to play at the top level.
