Bolton Wanderers striker Danny Ward is excited about his loan at Swindon during their League One playoff run.
The Leeds-born teenager reckons he will return to the Reebok a better player after exposure to regular first team football.
"It's been a good move coming down here on loan," he told the Bolton News. "I'm really glad that I got the opportunity. It has proved to be a fantastic experience and really helped me with my career.
"I've definitely improved. It's the experience as well because I have played regularly in front of large crowds - at Elland Road there were nearly 30,000 fans. My all-round game has got better, and to be scoring goals - nine in total - is an amazing feeling.
"It has been a big step up from playing reserves and academy football because obviously the standard is much higher. But I think that I have coped with that well and I believe that I will go back to Bolton as a better player."
