Released Crystal Palace defender Dean Moxey has signed with Bolton Wanderers.
The 28-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with the Trotters, and will link up with former boss Dougie Freedman again.
The Croydon Advertiser says Freedman had set his sights on acquiring Jonathan Parr initially, but after talks broke down with the Norwegian, the Scot turned his attentions to Moxey.
