Bolton skipper Nolan backs Megson team selections

Bolton Wanderers captain Kevin Nolan says he has faith in any team selection made by manager Gary Megson.

Megson left out Nolan for their UEFA Cup victory at Red Star Belgrade, though included the midfielder for last week's win over Atletico Madrid.

"He picks the side he thinks will get the job done," says Nolan. We all want to play but we can't select the team. That's down to the manager. But everyone who is fit is going to be there and raring to go.

"Hopefully the job that needs to be done can be sorted by the team we put out. Whether that's the team we put out on Thursday or a different 11, it doesn't matter.

"I am sure if it is a different 11 they won't let us down."
