Bolton skipper Davies ready for showdown with Chelsea rival Terry

Bolton Wanderers captain Kevin Davies aim to prove his England credentials tomorrow night.

Bolton face Chelsea at the Reebok tomorrow and Davies has his own reasons for planning to give John Terry a hard time, with England boss Fabio Capello sure to be watching.

Davies won his first England cap at the age of 33 in the European qualifier against Montenegro, but was left out of Capello's next squad. "I don't want to be remembered as a one-cap wonder," he said.

"John Terry is a difficult player to do well against. But I wouldn't say it's daunting playing Chelsea any more - they have lost some of their aura recently.'
