Bolton Wanderers are expected to close their double raid of Burnley's Chris Eagles and Tyrone Mears today.

The Bolton News says Mears and Eagles are within touching distance of agreeing a £2.75m switch, and have agreed personal terms.

They both could be on show in Saturday's friendly at Newport County.

The pair were taken to Burnley by Bolton boss Owen Coyle.
