Bolton Wanderers have seen off Wigan Athletic to land Arsenal whiz Jack Wilshere.
The Mirror says Wilshere and his dad met Trotters boss Owen Coyle to talk over the transfer after the young Gunner opted to go Wanderers to further his football education.
Coyle convinced Wilshere that the move - the third he has pulled off in a week - is the right one for him at the moment as he looks for first-team football.
Wigan chief Roberto Martinez had also contacted Wilshere while he was in the area, but he was happy to stick with Bolton and goes straight into their plans.
