Bolton's Andy O'Brien has hailed his defensive teammate Gary Cahill, saying he will only get better and better.
The 23-year old has enjoyed a good run of form since crossing from Aston Villa in early 2008 and is tipped for big things by O'Brien.
"It's only onwards and upwards for Gary. Physically he has great presence and he is good in the air," he said.
"Maybe I am biased, but out of all the young centre-halves in England, Gary is the best. He's just got to keep doing what he's been doing.
"His confidence is rising and all he needs is telling how good he is because he's not a big-headed lad.
"Where he will go only the gods can say. I can only judge him in terms of those players, age wise, he is playing round, and Gary is the best of those."
