Bolton striker Kevin Davies says he is disappointed in the Hull City coaching staff after they over-reacted when he made a challenge on one of their players.
Davies made a tackle on Hull's Andy Dawson in the second half of the clash causing the player to require treatment and the Tigers bench were displeased with the incident, especially assistant coach Brian Horton.
The Bolton man said he was taken aback in which the way Horton reacted.
"But the way their bench, and in particular Brian Horton, over-reacted was disappointing," Davies said in The Bolton News.
"I spoke to a few of their players and they said he'd reacted like that before, and just to ignore him."
