Bolton Wanderers boss Dougie Freedman is chasing Cardiff City pair Mark Hudson and Joe Mason.

Freedman wants defender Hudson and striker Mason on-loan this week.

But he complained yesterday: "We would like to bring in players but right now there isn't the quality and that is because the Premier League boys are keeping the players for the Capital One Cup or Europe."
