Long-serving midfielder Ricardo Gardner has been offered a new deal by Bolton.
The 32-year old Jamaican has been at the Reebok Stadium since 1998 but comes out of contract this summer. However, Trotters boss Owen Coyle has confirmed that he may be sticking around if he agrees to the deal.
"We've put an offer to Ricardo and we'll see what happens," Coyle said.
"He had a difficult season with injury but he came back and showed he wanted to be part of what we're doing.
"It's up to him. If he wants to sign, brilliant. If not, we'll move on."
