Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson has been told to up his bid for Real Betis defender Marko Babic.
Megson has been told he will need to increase his £2.2million offer if he is to land Babic.
The Spanish club are holding out for a deal worth £4.5m for the 27-year-old Croatian international.
