Bolton Wanderers midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker has called for leadership going into their decisive final game of the season at Stoke City.
The Trotters need victory to beat the drop.
Reo-Coker lamented: "It would have been great if we had got the win against West Brom, and then we could have taken a draw from Stoke.
"But we weren't communicating enough as players. There weren't enough voices. It was just the usual one or two. We need more than that, especially in a situation like this and that's the reality we have to face. We really have to stand up and be counted."
