Bolton midfielder Muamba refuses to adjust style after McCarthy controversy

Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba says he'll continue his tough tackling ways.

Muamba insists the horror injury he caused James McCarthy last month will not stop him putting the boot in.

The midfielder was called reckless by Wigan boss Roberto Martinez after a tackle which put McCarthy out for at least two months.

Muamba said: "My strength is breaking up play. It pays my bills and one incident will not stop me."
