Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba says he's a better player for his time with the England U21s.
Congo-born Muamba made his debut against Romania in August, 2007, and appeared in the 4-0 defeat against Germany in the 2010 European Under-21s 2010 final in Malmo.
He told the Bolton News: "It's been an emotional journey, but also a good journey and a good learning curve for us.
"It's been an enjoyable tournament for me and I've enjoyed every single step of it. I won't be able to play in this tournament again, but I hope the best for the group and that they'll go to the next one."
