Johan Elmander is set to quit Toulouse this summer.
The Sweden international striker has been the subject of an offer from Bolton Wanderers this year and his agent admits a move to England, along with Spain, is under consideration.
Tottenham and Manchester City have also been linked with Elmander this season.
