Jussi Jaaskelainen admits he's discussing testimonial plans with Bolton Wanderers.

"I'm not sure exactly when it will happen," Jaaskelainen said. "But when the season starts I'll sit down with the club and work something out."

Jaaskelainen missed the end of last term with a back injury but returned in Friday night's goalless draw at Rochdale. He believes everyone at the club must now put the nightmare of last season behind them.

"We all start with the same number of points now," he said.

"The manager has brought his own men in over the summer and we have got to work hard to make sure we get a good start in the first 10 games.

"The squad is getting stronger and hopefully we will see a couple more players come in to make it even better."
