Bolton keeper Al Habsi aims to buy-out contract

The Sunday Mirror says the Omani international, 26, is determined to quit the Reebok following Jussi Jaaskelainen's decision to sign a new four-year deal with Wanderers.

And he has offered to hand the Trotters £300,000 to pay off the remaining 12 months of his contract.

Hull boss Phil Brown knows Al-Habsi's qualities from his time as former manager Sam Allardyce's No.2 at the Reebok.

He has decided that Al- Habsi is just the keeper he needs to provide top quality competition for Tigers' No.1 Boaz Myhill.
