Bolton hit Chelsea's Anelka with Court order

Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka has been slapped with a High Court order issued by Bolton Wanderers.

The Telegraph says a form was served at the Chancery Division of the High Court last Friday, with the claim relating to image rights and an alleged breach of contract. As well as Anelka, Bolton are also pursuing their claim against a company called Kalivions Commercial Limited.

The company owned Anelka's image rights and subsequently agreed the image rights deal with the club. The court papers are not available, but it is believed that the claim is substantial.
