David Wheater thought better of being too exuberant over scoring his first ever Premier League goals for Bolton in the 2-1 win over fellow strugglers Blackburn Rovers on Saturday. It cannot be the same though, not with Fabrice Muamba still in intensive care following cardiac arrest a week earlier.
"I started to run off and Darren Pratley told me to calm down," said Wheater.
"Scoring is the best feeling in the world but sometimes you have to calm your celebrations when other things are happening."
