Bolton face Blackburn, Spurs competition for Man City's Ben Haim

Manchester City defender Tal Ben Haim is a target for four Premiership clubs.

Bolton boss Gary Megson plans to tie up a swoop quickly for the Israeli defender who first made his name at the Reebok five seasons ago.

But Bolton face opposition in the signing race from Blackburn, Sunderland and Tottenham - with Harry Redknapp registering a surprise interest in Ben Haim, who is on around £45,000-a-week at City.
