Bolton Wanderers are tapping into Gretar Steinsson's youth academy in Iceland.
Former Bolton midfielder and Fans Liaison Officer Tony Kelly recently spent time at the academy and has revealed they've already identified one potential signing.
Having just passed his UEFA B coaching badges, former Wanderers midfielder Kelly has been looking to get some experience under his belt and was glad to be given the opportunity.
He told the Bolton website: "It was Dave Bailey, from the International Academy, and Gretar Steinsson who asked me to go over to get a bit of experience with coaching at Gretar's academy. It was a great experience for me and I need all the experience I can get.
"We've picked one boy, 16, who's going to come over for a trial, and there's quite a lot of good girls out there as well because girls' football is quite big."
