Bolton Wanderers defender Gary Cahill is wary facing Swansea City wingers Scott Sinclair and Nathan Dyer today.
Cahill, 25, believes they can end their poor run by sinking the Swans - but only if they stop their flying wingers.
He said: "It's a massive opportunity for us at Swansea. They're a great team who love to play football.
"They've got really fast wingers who are very tricky with a low centre if gravity.
"Sinclair and Dyer are definitely the most dangerous part of their team.
"They've been fantastic so far this season. Their manager Brendan Rodgers is adamant that he wants to play football and they have been very easy on the eye, creating a lot of chances.
"It will be tough for us but it's an opportunity we need to take.
"We have beaten QPR and Wigan away already this season, so let's hope it continues."
