Bolton defender Cahill impressed by Coyle signings trio

Bolton Wanderers defender Gary Cahill is impressed by the new signings made by manager Owen Coyle.

Jack Wilshere, Vladimir Weiss and Stuart Holden have joined the club since Coyle’s arrival three weeks ago, and Cahill believes all three can have a major impact on the Whites’ battle for survival.

“They bring a lot of flair,” he told the Bolton News of the trio. “We have got a lot of players who are hard-working and physical but they bring a different element.

“They are nice on the eye, get at players and are tricky and skilful.

“Hopefully now you’ll see a good mixture of the big physical type and the skilful wingers. He’s made it clear he likes his wingers – those who can go out and express themselves, get on the ball and take players on, and they definitely fall into that category.”
