Bolton Wanderers are finalising their deal for Swansea City midfielder Darren Pratley.

Pratley is expected to pen a contract with Bolton upon his return from summer holiday.

The former Fulham midfielder leaves the Swans as a free agent.

Pratley was also interesting Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers.
