Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is chasing Arsenal striker Benik Afobe.

The Mirror says Coyle wants Arsenal's powerful young striker Afobe to join his push for promotion on loan for the season.

Coyle has asked the Gunners to let him have the 19-year-old front man for his 'finishing school' and wants him to add his strength and skill to the Wanderers attack.

Afobe has caught the eye in Arsene Wenger's team in pre-season games but he is likely to be sent out on loan for experience and more action.
