Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson hopes to secure Oman goalkeeper Ali Al-Habsi to a new contract. "We are speaking to him, but it isn't because other clubs are interested," Megson told the Bolton News.

"He is out of contract in the summer and we would like to keep him here.

"He seems happy, there has been a bit of negotiation and hopefully that will get done in a few weeks' time."
