Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson admits he had to change the culture of the club when he arrived last season.
Speaking ahead of yesterday's 4-2 defeat to Aston Villa, Megson revealed: "I'm not going to name names.
"There were things going on - and not just on the pitch.
"Everyone has got to be pulling in the same direction. It wasn't just in the dressing room, it was around the whole place. It's improving now. I'm delighted with the players at the moment and it's the same among the staff. Whether we do it right or wrong, we do it together.
"I have changed an awful lot now. We have worked really diligently on a lot of things. People now put the club ahead of themselves and not the other way round."
