Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson isn't surprised by how well Danny Guthrie has settled at Newcastle.

Megson said: "I don't think Danny will be out to prove anything on Saturday regarding the Bolton aspect, but he has got to prove himself to new supporters at St James's Park.

"He did very well against Manchester United last Sunday.

"But that's not surprising because he is a quality player."
