Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson hopes to cash in on Blerim Dzemaili's loan at Torino.

Megson is ready to let Dzemaili turn his Italian loan move into a £1.6million permanent switch to Torino. The injury-hit 22-year-old Swiss midfielder was signed by Sam Allardyce in 2007.

But a cruciate knee injury restricted him to one FA Cup outing. He has made five starts for Torino since a September loan.
