Bolton Wanderers boss Sammy Lee accepts he's under pressure ahead of tonight's UEFA Cup clash with Rabotnicki.
Lee said: "I'm fully aware of the pressure I'm under. I know a win can kick-start our season and I stick with that.
"I'd rather it be me under pressure than my players. I don't mind taking the pressure off them."
And he joked: "How do I cope? It's frustrating but I'm an animal lover and don't take it out on my two dogs. I don't kick them. I might kick the wife but not them!"
