Bolton Wanderers boss Dougie Freedman has revealed he's being blocked from signing Premier League players on-loan.
Freedman is desperate to add to his squad this week.
He revealed: "We would like to bring in players but right now there isn't the quality and that is because the Premier League boys are keeping the players for the Capital One Cup or Europe."
