Bolton Wanderers boss Dougie Freedman insists Capital One Cup opponents Chelsea hold no fear.
The Trotters have won just once in the league this season and supporters are fearing a Capital One Cup thrashing.
But Freedman says: "The key is to respect Chelsea, but not be in awe of them.
"It's a bigger stage. I won't be losing any sleep about who Jose Mourinho will be picking - whatever team he picks it will be a strong side.
"As a player you need to big up yourself a little bit. That's part of it.
"You can't just think you're a man of the street as if you've never played before. We won't be in awe of them."
