Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle will allow Gary Cahill to leave for the right price.
Arsenal are reported to be preparing a £14million bid for the former Aston Villa centre-back who just missed out on England's 30-man World Cup squad.
Coyle claims he wants £30m for Cahill, 24, who cost £5m two years ago. But anything over £20m would be seriously tempting for the Reebok board.
The Trotters boss said: "Gary could play for any Premier League club. If someone offers £30m, you'd probably say that is fair.
"He is at the top level and that is why it would have to be something like that. It would be wrong if we stood in his way."
