Bolton boss Coyle warns Newcastle, Liverpool of Davies price

Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle won't sell midfielder Mark Davies on the cheap.

Coyle is angered at reports that Newcastle United and Liverpool want his skillful star.

He rapped: "If somebody thinks that people will leave on the cheap they are sadly mistaken.

"There have been absolutely no offers, or contact, for Mark. Nobody has spoken to me.

"Nobody is leaving - unless we are offered something totally bizarre.

"Mark played along with everybody else last season [as Bolton got relegated to the Championship]. We all have to accept responsibility and have accountability by playing our part to get the club back to where we should be."
