Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is yet to hear from the board about his summer budget.
Coyle hopes to add to his squad this summer.
He said: "I want to finish as high up as we can. Where we have progressed to in the 16 months I've been here is incredible.
"We've spent very little compared to some huge clubs sitting below us, so there's a lot to be pleased about."
Coyle will look to shake up his squad in the summer and added: "We'll certainly look for a couple more bodies but it comes down to finance."
