Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle heaped praise on David Ngog after defeat to Manchester City.
Coyle felt the Frenchman outshone Mario Balotelli, despite the City striker getting on the scoresheet.
Coyle said: "Balotelli is an outstanding talent. He's a goalscorer and a terrific player.
"But I thought the best striker on the pitch played for my team. David Ngog was excellent."
