Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is delighted with their winter market business.
Coyle landed Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi and Watford striker Marvin Sordell on deadline day.
"The way I understood it, when we know the reasons why Gary was going to leave, but I'd say at that time that he'd be the only one leaving, and so it proved. There was a bit of speculation, certainly not from our football club, but anyway, last week, regarding the skipper, that was never going to happen, I said that. I mean, he's got a huge role to play at the football club, so with the new ones we've brought in to keep this going, I think it's been a good January." He told Absolute Radio: "I think the targets that we had in mind, which I tried to bring to the football club, we're delighted with. Obviously bringing Tim Ream in, Marvin Sordell and young Ryo Miyaichi on loan, they've done a lot of great things since day one.
