Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is confident he'll be able to spend the money generated from Gary Cahill's sale.
Coyle is already planning a spending spree - starting with Manchester City's Nedum Onuoha, with all of the money from Cahill's sale available to him.
Bolton owner Eddie Davies, who has taken on the club's entire debt, has allowed his manager to do whatever is necessary for Premier League survival.
Coyle said: "It's one man owed the money. Eddie will not say, 'I want the money from Gary Cahill'. He doesn't work like that.
"He's committed to Bolton and wants the best for the club. It's refreshing because he knows what I'm trying to do. He believes that's the right way to go forward.
"We've had meetings and know who we want to come in. We want to stay in the Premier League and we believe Bolton will be in the best position it has ever been in if we do stay up."
