Bolton, Blackburn chasing January deal for Emana

Bolton Wanderers and Blackburn Rovers remain keen on Real Betis midfielder Achille Emana.

Having tasted relegation out of the Spanish top flight last season, it is understood that the Cameroon international is keen to move on.

However, the main sticking point at present appears to be his valuation, with Betis believed to be holding out for around €8million (£7.3m).

It is unclear as to whether Bolton or Blackburn will be willing to match that price tag, but both are tipped to make a move for Emana during the winter transfer window.
