Bolton Wanderers are regarded as favourites for NEC Nijmegan defender Jonas Olsson.

NEC have already confirmed they expect the Swede to leave during the January market and French sources say the defender favours a move to the Premiership over Ligue 1.

Despite rival interest from Newcastle United and Championship outfit Ipswich, Bolton are seen as Olsson's favoured option.
