Bologna’s Pisanu set to join San Jose Earthquakes

Italian midfielder Andrea Pisanu is reportedly close to joining MLS club San Jose Earthquakes.

A report on calcioline.com suggests the 29-year old, currently with Bologna, has actually signed a contract with the Quakes and will join soon.

Pisanu left Parma for Bologna in 2010 and it appeared as though he was set for Serie B club Brescia but the Biancoazzurri have passed an option to take him and is looks like he will end up in San Jose, who are sitting second bottom on the Western Conference table.
