Bologna admit Fiorentina are ahead of Juventus in the battle for winger Gaston Ramirez.
The 20-year-old has been paired with the Old Lady in recent days, but it seems that the Viola are presently in pole position to net him.
"Fiorentina have made an official offer, therefore they are winning the race for him right now," Bologna Vice-President Maurizio Setti told TMW.
Speculation suggests that Juve could try to tempt Bologna into a sale by offering cash and Cristian Pasquato.
"I have spoken to Juve director general Beppe Marotta, but we didn't discuss Pasquato," the official added.
"We have a need for money and if we sell him then it will be for an important economical amount.
"It would be hard for Pasquato to be involved, also because we really need a defender rather than a midfielder.
"Frederik Sorensen? I really like the Juve defender so he could be involved. However, it's still early so we'll just have to wait and see."
